Private 1:1 Pilates Reformer Tower
1-on-1 pilates sessions, escape to our private space while receiving individualized attention.
Your sessions may also include consults for food sensitivities, hormone and thyroid wellness, pelvic floor/incontinence, physiotherapy integrations, injury rehab, meal plans and strength training.
Pilates Reformer Tower Trio Classes-Beginner
Upon completion of the Private Introductory Pack of sessions you may enroll in our small group sessions. This allows our team to fully understand your needs prior to joining a class. Our instructors pride themselves on ensuring you receive the individualized attention you deserve. In addition you will also receive the amazing benefits of getting to know our Merrithew Pilates Tower Reformers. Sessions are 50 minutes in length with a maximum of three clients per session. Classes are offered by monthly enrollment to ensure you reach your goals.
Pilates Reformer Tower Trio Classes-Intermediate
Upon approval or completion of a Private Package you may enroll in our Intermediate small group sessions. Clients must complete Beginner Pilates prior to attending Intermediate classes. Bliss classes are designed for varying levels and ages that evolve as the class progresses. Sessions are 50 minutes in length with a maximum of three clients per session. Classes are offered by monthly enrolment to ensure you reach your goals.
Personal Training 1:1 Private Sessions

Looking for a fantastic Athletic Pilates Routine? Join our 50-minute Pilates Tower/Mat Combo. This class is super for those looking for an upbeat flow, utilizing the Roll Down Bar, Push Through Bar, Arm and Leg Springs mixed with an infusion of challenging Mat Pilates. This class suits those without injuries and physical limitations, as we will be in challenging positions involving flexion and repetitive movements.
